What about running an 8" wheel on the front? Is it too big? What would be the best backspacing, 4 or 4.5?

color code is AA. How big are you going on the wheels/tires? Mine has 14" original, but looking to do 15" with dog dish as well.

383man, nice ride! How big are the fronts? I also have a 63 Polara and would like to put as big a tire up front as I can without changing too much. I've read 225/60 and maybe 235/60, anyone else?

Nice pickup! And you even got 1 headlight ring, mine came with none, strike that, 2 in the trunk that are totally pancaked. Wish I had your motor too. Post more pics when you pick it up.
