Thanks Cranky.
Nothing original, everything changed prior to my ownership. Mainly trying to figure out whether I can use this converter after I beef up the engine
I recently pulled the driveline out of my car and am trying to figure out what torque converter I have. It's in a 727, big block engine. The numbers I can read look something like cr104h, 506, and 6147. I don't know if these have any meaning
Thanks for any help
AMD makes exact reproductions of the originals from the mid 60's. Just bought a set for my car. Expensive but well made.

I have a new headliner for a 65 Belvedere that a friend wants to use in a 64 Polara. Classic Industries lists the 64 and 65 as different part numbers (both hardtops).
Anyone know what's different?
Thanks
I have front and rear discs from Master Brake on my 65. Can't tell you about any installation issues (bought the car with them) but they work great. My daily driver is a 2003 Infiniti coupe with Brembo calipers, new pads and rotors. The Belvedere stops better
When I purchased my car a while back, the driver's side mirror was not attached, although one was in my box of parts. The holes in my door are 4" apart, but the mirror holes are 2-3/8" apart. The mirror is a twin post and looks similar to the one in the Classic Industries catalog. What's wrong here?
