There is no way to go back and get the original build sheet, is there? So many of you all have them and I don't...is there some sort of after market service??
Guys, especially M&M - really appreciate the info and the "peace of mind". My heart really skipped a few beats when I didn't see the option code on my fender tag.
I feel much better now!!
Well, hummm....earlier this year I purchase what I THOUGHT was a 1972 Dodge Charger Rallye. But, I came across some production numbers and it doesn't say anything about having a Rallye package. Is there a "tell" for the Rallye package? According to the picture, I have relatively rare (1:165)...
I'm planning on going for the first time - agree with this post. I'd prefer NOT to get a trophy as it will just go in the trash bin. :-)
All about the cars and connections for me...
Great! Thanks all for the feedback, Series 56 wheels it is! Going with:
Rear: 15x10 - 295/50
Front: 15x8 - 245/60

Would love to see a picture off the rallye wheels on your car if you have :-)
All,
Currently have some not great wheels on the car, and would like to get something that is more period correct. I really like the Series 54 (Magnum 500) wheels, but my understanding is that they weren't available in '72. It was the series 56 that was. Don't care for it as much, but i think...
I've spent a while trying to see which is more desirable / rare. Wondering if anyone knew, in general, which is more valuable these days. Also, was their a choice in 1972 for a Charger Rallye?
Thanks!
