Dropped in the tunnel ram and valve covers on the 440…

Also installed the new drive shaft.

Got the exhaust mocked up and welded on the 62” this weekend, little more to do with the rear exhaust hangers.

Dropped the motor in….

Went to work on dropping the motor in my 62” , then went to a car show.

Nobody panic lol…car will be black.:rofl:

Finished the 440, got the motor mounts set in the K-frame, trans in its place, and ordered a custom drive shaft for the 62” Dart. Hopefully get the engine bay painted over the next 2 days.

Looking great! Agree with Black Sheep, you can feather out the area under the chrome trim, mask that off and spray in some gold. Check your local automotive paint supplier, some dealers can custom mix factory colors including Spanish Gold into rattle can…enjoying watching your progress!

More progress on the 440 build, also started mocking up the motor mounts with the dummy motor and trans.

Returned to working on my project after a trip to Carlisle…Painted the 440 Block on my 62 Dart.

Hopefully the roads ahead are better than that of Indiana, East of Indy! Terrible to be honest
