Unless you are the titled, registered owner of that car, it is impossible to get ownership history in all states, period. If you are the owner, then most states will give that to you for a fee, back as far as they keep that info. And you'll only get history in the state you're in. For example, I...
Hello Friends I have been waiting over 4 months for a conversion kit from Imperialservices so that I can use my stock floor shifter with my 1968 Big Block trans. I am thinking that using an aftermarket ratchet shifter could be another option. Has anyone done this keeping the original console...
My experience with Imperialservices was a good one. Rear tranny mount and a conversion set up to work my late model tranny with my 63 Dodge push buttons. Delivered on time and great workmanship.
Looks like ImperialServices replied to you on August 25, 2014 right here on this thread and he couldn't find any record of any order from you. Did you pay for the part to be made? If so, you should have a cancelled check, a paypal record or some kind of record of the money transaction. If you...
ImperialServices was honest in the beginning when he was building his business.
Spoke to him about pushbutton trans cables.
He sod me one that I couldn't adjust the cable no matter hat I did. After 16 hours by me and my friend, we realized the sheath inside diameter was too big.
Steve...
ImperialServices advertises a conversion cable kit that should do what you need but I've heard it's hard to get a hold of them. Good luck, Alan

...it won't work without a lot of fabrication. I did it before. There's some after market shifters that will fit under the console. I think the B&M Qiicksilver shifter is one. You must put a heat sleeve on the cable. I'm not suggesting Imperialservices because they have been having a lot of...
The problem with PayPal is that if your order was placed more than 45 days prior to your complaint they will not back you with a dispute or refund your money. I quit using PayPal for this reason and it was related to a transaction with this vendor. Not quite so simple.
Imperialservices makes a conversion, and so does A & A Transmission.

I don't know anything about either though. The A & A one says will only work on cars up to 1961...
The cross member and rubber mount are 62-65 Early B body parts. I believe automatic and 3 speed are the same cross member. I go my rubber mount from Imperialservices.
Matt
It is my understanding that ImperialServices no longer does retail sales to the general public. Their products are only available thru parts suppliers and retailers.
...from him I'd turn him in to the Internet Fraud Division of the FBI. After filing complaint to th FBI, lol and behold, a call from ImperialServices... Steve's wife saying another couple weeks. BS again, I did finally talk to him after over ONE YEAR and he had the nerve to be pissed off at ME...
SuperStockRacer. I feel your pain. ImperialServices has had $400 and a cherry
shift mechanism of mine for 17 months now. I haven't had any messages or emails
returned either. I guess when you can get something from him it's normally good
stuff or he stands behind it. But jeez, he can't be...
That's not what puzzles me. An avenger with a W8 doesn't exist, and there is no reason on earth to fit a POS W8 VW motor into a POS Dodge Avenger. the vendor says the client doesn't exist and after slamming a vendor, W8avenger disappears.
Not even sure how I found this thread but W8avenger...
I use a 1970 auto 727 trans in my 63 Sport Fury and yes I had to use the trans mount from Schumacher or ImperialServices. For the shifter I use the B&M Pro Stick and it just bolted right to the floor with no problems. I also have 2" TTI headers and its been like this with the B&M Pro Stick...
