No brake fluid coming to the rear

@rickseeman - I agree with Mike here. Did you see fluid out of the metal lines at the wheel cylinders when you swapped them? If yes, then start at the tee on the rear axle and work your way back towards the front of the car, checking at every joint for fluid until you hit something dry/clogged.

    the daily rant

Needed front axles for my youngest truck for inspection… 4 days of Fed Ex messaging out for delivery and every day they went back to the hub. My son came home from work to find them thrown out at the end of drive, hanging out of the box. Both flanges bent from throwing them on the road! :cursin...

Crager Wheels and tires, 71 Charger SE – keep or replace?

With my SE Charger ('71) I got some roller wheels and tires. I don't know a lot about sizing for wheels and tires (rely on a friend, or use an automated tool), so this is educational too! The wheels are old style Cragers, so I'm deciding if they are worth restoring and using on my '71 Charger...

I like it. I have always liked those cars. If I had the space and money I would be on my way.

She looks too happy to be doing that task. Bleeding brakes with the spouse has caused more than one divorce. :D

    the daily rant

I moved to the suburbs (small town) in 1990. Most of the businesses closed at noon on Wednesday. That pretty well ended 25 years ago, except the friggin Post Office. They still close at 11:30 on Wednesdays. At least they don't close for lunch every day. Be quiet don't tell them!

    Let's see your stance/tire combo

Although I do like the way she sits, and she handles pretty damn good, I need to bring the back end up an inch or two. When I have the added weight of two or three more people in the car and get on it, the snubber must hit the floor because I get an ugly thumping vibration in the floorboard. I...
