Grind the tab off the bottom of your bracket. Chrysler started using that tab to locate bracket starting in 71 model year. We sell the bracket with and without the tab.
I don't have anything other than what's in the pics, and they are really not complete enough to replace all of what has been removed. Shouldn't be too hard to locate what you are looking for as you could get that piece out of any 66-70 B.
If you are using factory linkage, yes you will need bushings. 2 with 0.38 ID, and one with 0.33 ID for Rev. I don't care for the Hurst bushings or clips, so we make our own.

Make sure if you replace the clutch bearing, you use your collar. The 66-9 Hemi collar is shorter than the 440 or 70 & newer Hemi.
These are all 307 bearing main cases. 68-9 vin's would be from cars up to 383 engine. 70-1 vin's used up to 340 engine.

70 B would have had an aluminum 10.5" bellhousing originally....so it has been changed. Cast iron bell could be 10.5" or 11.0".....does it have one place to screw a ballstud into the side or 2? Or count the teeth on the flywheel like others have mentioned.
