Looks like at least both seat backs have damage. That's a reupholster job. Passenger door panel/ rear panel look good though.
How about the dash/ headliner/ driver seat bottom/ rear seat/ driver's door panel/ rear side panel look? Not sure the availability of replacements.
Restored/ restomod'd selling prices can be found between $30 -$60K.
A complete #4 condition car?... depends on what it 'needs'. In CA, likely a complete interior, and then some. If that, but no rust?... probably $6 - $8K?

Typically Shocks do come with the sleeve installed. Maybe you got defective built shocks? If they were manufactured 'off shore' it wouldn't surprise me.
Some will say not to pull them thru using nuts. I did mine that way with no issues.
If you have front drums, and plan to stay with them, they are also doable, but they are not only pressed into the hub & drum, but they are swedged.
They have to be pressed out...and you will need support...
Lucky me. Our local Napa store:

- they will let you walk in the back and 'go thru' preformed hoses, fittings, etc., when you are trying to 'fit' something modified.
