There was a very good feeling of positivity all day, which is nice to see in the hobby. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting you too, Paul, I hope to see you around if I come into the city to one of the many shows there.
Here are some pics. The first two of just the clip were pulled from a 66 or 67 Charger. Not sure of the year because i only have the doors. The other two pics are from inside the door of my 67 Coronet parts car. The clips are a little bit different but i'm assuming they're functionally the same...
Update: Shakedown issues yesterday but today out on the road and it stops MUCH better than front drums. It literally feels like a barely touch brake older 80s luxury car. Not like modern discs but how I remember cars of that era. Very much worth the effort.
What I’m not too thrilled about is...
I make my living off the evening news
Just give me something-something I can use
People love it when you lose
They love dirty laundry
Well, I could'a been an actor, but I wound up here
I just have to look good, I don't have to be clear

IMO there's almost nothing worse than a rubber band tire
on an older muscle car, looks like :carrot:
Yes it...
Better than dying...

I checked the front sway bar bushings, end links, shock mounts and suspension for movement; it's all tight.
It does not appear that I greased them at all. I know the manual says to pack the rear full of grease after the lock clip goes on. But there's no grease back there.
I've got the car on...
Legal extortion,
you're screwed if you do & equally as screwed if you don't
they (Ins. Co.'s) have;
profited for decades off insurance payments of 95% good drivers
that never file a claim, at all, & now everyone pays for their extortion,
IMHFO & State Farm & Hartford are the worst here
AAA has...
