Polish it and measure it. If It's round and correctly sized it shouldn't be an issue in this type of build. I have my doubts if it passes these requirements. You won't know until it's cleaned up and checked.

I would check the wiring at the master. Wires might not be in the right cavity. With all the rest working correctly there is no relay or ground causing the issue.
All, I am having trouble with my rear driver window. i adjusted everything on the stops and it will open and close no problem using the switch in the backseat, but using the master on the driver door, it will only come up a few inches and then stops. also, for some reason, the switch direction...

I would suspect it's in the full harness and not a separate run, but I've been wrong a couple times before! LOL
The only cranks that are Nitrided are Hemi cranks. All the rest are soft. Not an issue.
The most important thing is the journals being round, on size, and no high spots.
I would grind all of the journals and have the oil holes chamfered.
