    I have a 20 year old quad with a plow. My brother was here from Connecticut last week and got to help with the midweek snow. He was surprised at how well the quad worked. I bet he has one by next winter Travis..

    As Remcharger said. No washers required. The shoulder makes allowance for the belt to swivel to suit the occupant.
