I have not reused lifters.
The engine I have has been off the road at least 4 years, probably longer. I never heard it run.
I have a set of lifters that came on the engine. How would I know if they are bad or good and could be reused after reface? Thanks, Ben
Rebuilt 3656131 Alternator dated 26 71. This has the 2875711 style pulley, I can't read the number so I don't know if it an aftermarket or just was faint and has a lot of paint. This will work for AC V8 cars 70 and 71. Other than part number is like a 3438178

Ok, the upper one came off and the lower one is installed. Seems better at idle but I haven't driven the car yet. I am pretty sure the stumbling at idle is too much fuel pressure, it's 6psi on the Edelbrock AVS2. So next is a fuel pressure regulator and then I will check the float level...

Call Nostalgic Air Parts, they’ll have a bracket for you that should work. The setup uses a modern sander compressor. It was the only place I could find that had one for power steering OR non power steering setups. The eccentric didn’t line up with the pulleys I had so i sourced a shorter one...
