Decode gearbox

Can you help me decode this power steering gearbox? I am about to buy it and the seller says it is 62-64 B Body.

Can not find the part number on the internet.

Thought that too. Could be day 298 of whatever too. 11 17 A is also there…

Looks like 66- down to me, based on the large return nipple .

Could it be that the housing was casted on the 298th day of 66. And it was assembled on November 17th 66? These two days are only 23 days apart. And there is a big 6 on it
