Sure did - the 426/365 was top dog in the Fury line. The 440 was introduced in 66.

Yes they did. My Dad had a 65 Monaco 880 with a 426 Wedge that was an ex FBI car from Ohio.

Yes I remember seeing a 65 pace car with one in CO. many years ago.

Dodge also installed the same 426-S in 64-65 truck called the Dodge Custom Sport Special

Thanks for posting Dave! Unless they were changed out, it appears the trucks used different exhaust manifolds? And I wonder if they used that fixed fan or a clutch fan?

Just when you think you seen them all Cool truck And back to the 65 Belvedere 426 10k way to much money for a car that needs total restoration plus at almost 70 out of time for major projects

I'd say depends on what level "restoration " one would be willing to go.

There was a new 1964 426 wedge D100 at the large for Saskatchewan, at the 1964 Draggin’s Easter Car Show. This show is 64 years old, this year.
It also had a farm license plate. Which let farmers use (purple coloured gas) which had a lower price, avoiding tax. Guess the guy wanted to get his eggs to town quickly.
