I did not run a resistor but am considering. Upon further thought, I think what is happening is when cranking, I'm back feeding power to the electric cooling fan, electric water pump, electric fuel pump and electric vacuum pump, which is in fact easily overloading the 10a fuse.
Thanks for the pics. The bracketry is definitely different. I agree, very sure I have the small but doesn’t look original either. The brackets on mine had turquoise paint under the black respray.
the car in question looks to have been repainted
& the 383 or 440 (4 bbl) decals/badges
(I doubt it's a 440 Six Pack they'd advertise it as such)
on the fender & the hood have been taken off/left off
Even here in States you have to watch what you buy.
In General:
soda isn't cheaper
fresh food is hit or miss on pricing and you better have the mouths to feed or it will spoil
canned goods you gotta watch prices and you have to inventory so many.
5 on 4.5" pattern is what you need
2006 Dodge Caravan is 5x114.3 which is also actually 5x4.5"
the register in the center may still be different (hopefully not too small)
& the wheel offset to the inside back spacing is probably is different too,
may not matter for just a spare, narrow tire
as...
2006 Jeep TJ had the same problem.
Turned out to be computer related.
Disconnected the battery to reset
but the problem would return
eventually.
Finally just left it alone. Drove it for
a couple years with the cold first
shift. No damage to the trans as
it was "babied" until the first shift
occured.
Im looking for a spare tire/rim to keep in the trunk of my 65 coronet. I found a cheap wheel off of a 2006 dodge caravan on craigslist. I asked the seller what the bolt spacing was and he didnt know. All i know is that its a 15” rim. Can anyone tel me if the wheel will fit on my coronet.
...it with a upgrade/performance deal
(if it's not locked out so you can't work on your own, BS govt. EPA/C.A.R.B. crap)
or use an OB2 reader, & *see what codes pop up or needs to be cleared,
the *latter should tell the story, how you interpret it, to fix it, is the other part
do a trans fluid...
