The difference is the steering box mount angle. Also I believe the center link is different because of that angle. 71-2 B's and the 70-4? E's take the same K. 70 B K unit is a unique critter.
Zeke is big time food/snack driven. He thinks with his stomach many times. Toga is the opposite. We know the dogs, cats etc are supposed to have the ideal physique, but look at humans. Many of us don't have the ideal physique either. Genetics and body physiology play a big part too. But we...
Biscuits[ toga] is overweight. We've been having a time with her getting on the right track. Our vet had us use the Hills "vet special only" diet stuff for both of them. Over $100 per bag and we got 6. No weight lost on either of them, even after giving Toga only 1/2 cup 2x day, Zeke 1cup 2x...
Have you run an OHM meter across the pick up for readings? Also the MSD boxes do have a failure issue, especially since the outsourcing happened some years back. Not a huge amount but more than the older US production ones. Any friends around who can let you try a unit out?

Try this from Greg. Time for some trouble shooting.
Are you ready for a real weird one? Random NO spark from a MP electronic ignition system despite numerous parts swapped around...

I put 2x4x.120 units in the car. On the back, the relocated spring boxes are welded to them. Up front, I cut through the t-bar/trans unit to sleeve them into the back of the front rails by about 5". I haven't finished off the interior stuff yet as I figured to connect the bars to the rails...
Just for general info, when QA1 first hit the market some years ago, I stopped by their booth when I attended the SEMA show. I asked the rep a basic Mopar question that affects many including me. The question: how well does the unit do when you put a floor jack under it to raise the car? Answer...
No, didn't weigh it.
On the QA1 and others, I'm watching for long term daily driving, especially on rough roads, to see how their stuff holds up compared to oe.
The cage pictures are very useful for me. In the future I'll be installing an 8 point unit in my 65. Looking at the floor plates and other portions is informative.
