If the Coronet 500 that I recently sold had, had the side molding, I would have kept it. It was long gone when I bought the car. @R413 is correct, all 500's came with the trim.

One or two things are troublesome to me.
1. Do your lower control arms need rebuilt?
2. Were your torsion bars installed correctly?
