The MP solid lifters are .0005”(1/2 a thou) undersize, which may help you determine if that’s in fact what they are. Also, my recollection is that they had a little bit of yellow paint up on the top. Remember to pull the inner springs for cam break in.

The blue coating is applied only to protect the white lettering during shipping and storage, is sprayed on and dries to a waxy hard coating until washed off with a scrub brush and plain water, a but a mild soapy solution would speed up the cleaning process a little bit. There is NO cracking on...

With a build date on the carb tag of the 344th day of 69, that would be the third week of December. If dates are important to the restoration and time frame of the car, it would be too late for the Superbird production. Nevertheless, if the date code is not of importance, then that carb...

Well after reading your post i realized that i made a terrible mistake because i did not. So i pulled the charger back out today and drove to a local biergarten and ordered some spareribs and beer. Pretty nice place located on a local lake. :thumbsup: Thanks i will take a look at that. :)
