Well, I didn't really know what they were worth, and I didn't want to tear anyone's head off, so I decided to take offers. I would take $300 if I had to put a number on it.
Hello! Here are a pair of 71-74 Charger grilles. These particular ones came out of a 71. They are in excellent condition, the only little chip is pictured. I am located in southern Indiana, and I will ship. You will just have to message me your zip for an estimate. Shipping is separate...
Here is a set of Cragar SS wheels with BF Goodrich tires. Adjustable lug pattern to fit many makes and models; but they came off of a 71 Charger. Front are 235/60R15, and rear are 275/60R15. Tires are hardly used, and wheels have no rust or damage. $700 OBO, located in southern Indiana. Thanks!
Hello,
I am looking for a rear end for my 71 Charger; 426 Hemi, will likely end up with a 5 spd manual. I've been old I need a Dodge 9 3/4 rear end. Is this accurate, and does anyone have one? Thanks!
Sorry it took so long! I promised some "Hemi ****" to some of you last winter, but the restoration process has kept me busy.
Anyway, here is the 426 Hemi block for the 71 Charger! I haven't purchased any components yet, so input would be much appreciated! I just wanted to secure the block...
It's a 426 hemi block, going in a 1971 Charger. Street, no race, shooting for pretty much stock aside from a nice cam to make her "slobber." Haven't decided on tire size yet, but I'm definitely thinking a modern look; big wheels (18/20") with wide tires. Celica? Seriously?!
After months of searching, I finally found a 426 block today. Excited doesn't even begin to describe it!! I know for sure that I want a manual transmission, 4, 5, or 6 speed is fine with me; but what is recommended/what will work with this motor? Thanks guys!
I will definitely be hiring it done. He will also do the neutralizing and e coating (of some sort). But, I am still pretty worried about rust coming through in all the tight places. Decisions, decisions...
I am looking for a rear bumper for my 71 Charger. I am shooting for show quality, but if you have a rear bumper that isn't rusted or dented, just needing re-chromed, I'd be very interested. Thanks
I am thinking about having my 71 Charger alkaline dipped to remove all paint, undercoating, and filler. Anyone have any thoughts or experience on this? I have stripped many by hand, but never dipped. I am also wondering what kind of coating would be good to use on everything, since the WHOLE...
I just started the tear down on my 71 Charger restoration project yesterday. Before tearing into the drip rail and wildshield chrome moldings, I thought I would google around to see if I could buy new ones... with no luck. Is there somewhere to purchase these that I am missing? They aren't in...
