    Yes the heads are 4323303 with the heart shape. They would need to be rebuilt. There is one threaded accessory boss that is broken on one of them.

    It seems like the cam selection is more limited and a lot more money. How do the old lifters hold up. They looked ok. I have built a roller based 302 and reused lifters but I had the car for a few years before the build.

    Picked up a 1987 318. Came out of running truck with good oil pressure and compression. Tore into it. The cylinders and bearings look good. I plan on Aluminum heads, Howards Cam, intake, and long tube headers. Paid $120 for the motor from a fellow gear head.

    Holley Throttle Cable/Kickdown Issue
