Here are my notes on the LK700 bellhousing when they first came out...not sure if ANY of the issues have been fixed or not. The problem with the pivot is that the holes are not drilled/tapped in the correct location.

It looks to me like the where the flywheel bolts to crank it is counter bored?? If yes, that flywheel is definitely the problem. You could have someone cut some off the engine side to gain clearance, but then it would need re-balanced...and I would question ring gear/starter location.
You need to use 71-4 B or E body pedals. We make the 71-2 style.

Grind the tab off the bottom of your bracket. Chrysler started using that tab to locate bracket starting in 71 model year. We sell the bracket with and without the tab.
I don't have anything other than what's in the pics, and they are really not complete enough to replace all of what has been removed. Shouldn't be too hard to locate what you are looking for as you could get that piece out of any 66-70 B.
If you are using factory linkage, yes you will need bushings. 2 with 0.38 ID, and one with 0.33 ID for Rev. I don't care for the Hurst bushings or clips, so we make our own.
