On my 64 Dart I went to frt disc and upgraded to a 2 res manual unot from a 70 dart. Works fine, effort is not that bad, in fact I like the feel too.
I went with an adjustable proportiing mopar valve for the 10.5 rear drums I installed.
No it was a real deal car and it was a clean hemi orange runner. But I here where you are coming from.
Sometimes when I have been at mecum and Bjackson the high $$$ TV ctowd is not there and in the off times some cars are bid on poor luck of the draw setup and this stuff happens.
Eventhe...
Did you guys see the hemi road runner with a column shifted 727 for sale that sold:)
I think their reserve was like $89k and they lifted it at 50k to see if that would jump start the bids, and I thnink the hammer fell around 54k.
What a steal, and these folks were 2nd owners, and car was...
F is OK and the new types of penzoil are much beeter than valvoline. it is sad I used valvoline for over 30+ years, I am sure it is still ok, but it smells almost burnt even from the bottle.
Amisol makes even better fluid, but it depends what lutch plates, bands etc you run?
are they...

The 489 is a Chrysler carrier the 489 was the largest of the pinion shafts and generally considered the strongest of the 8 3/4 rear ends.

There are about 4 times more cars then they show on TV and some even better buys, but TV trys to stay with the more main...
Very very nice, I am really in the market for an E body 7- Cuda, but this car really has me leaning to it.
I would want to keep the dana and the 727 maybe make a hemi clone and keep the car and all parts in tack for numbers sake as to not butcher it.
You would not have a E body for sake...
WOW you guys need to try ZAINO, I agree some of those are nice, I have used and still have some on the shelf, but ZAINO is another level up.
Night to day diff, and only take a 1-2 oz for a full size car, yes it is more work, is a catalyst system, more $$ etc. But what a diff.
good thread..
I take it the S bird is not for sale huh? You would not have a 70 E body you want to sell, or know of one.
PS nice runner good luck I will ask around for ya! :)
Just to take a stab here to see if any mopar folks have a 70 cuda or challenger they want to part with, dont want a rust bucket, prefer a 340-383car, and planning on a clone big block maybe a hemi?
Prefer 70 Cuda is 1st choice. Have looked and ebay and many other auctions, way to much, and...
