What about capacitors instead of a Battery??
I saw a few video's on it .. I forget what size they were , but they looked like about 6" tall and 2 1/2"4 about around and they used like 6 of them..
All a battery does is store energy to start the motor the rig's runs off the alternator...

What worked for me was staging shallow (barely tripping the second staging light) and then I would leave on the last amber. then adjust from there if its still to early the .. then when the last amber comes on say to your self like ONE then leave and so forth..

I think you mean speed up your RT which would give you a lower number in your RT. The RT (reaction time is the difference between the time the light goes green to the time your rig moves)

Have you re-set timing for all In..
With a better breathing, Settings could be reached before it's wanted.. Less back pressure the motor is going to whined up quicker and Timing might peak earlier or latter... Might check for that..
Might and even have to change the springs in the...

Need more tire speed for out of the hole a little less traction on take off. maybe a little smaller tire or a little lower rear gear, and in this video sounds like your shifting way to soon motor not revved up..What RPM's are you shifting at? should be like 6T. Should be power shifting...

I saw a post a while back about timing by vacuum.. so I thought I'd try it today..I was running 17 HG of vacuum. Using a vacuum gauge I turned it up to max i could receive and it moved up to 18 Hg. max . Well it runs better starts better .. Not really sure it I got anymore power out of it...

That won't work the clutch fan works off of the HEAT from the radiator to heat the spring in the clutch to make it grab and spin.

In the picture of your carb I see a tube plugged on the passanger side? Could that be the bowl vent, as I don't see a vent over the bowl.. if that's the bowl vent it might be stopping fuel draw flow at speed? Just my .02
