That has been a sweet car in it's day. You can probably buy a running driving car for less money than you'll spend on that one if you plan on a full restoration .
The question is, is it worth it to you ? I don't think there would be any money to be made by restoring the car and selling it.
Now if you want to restore the car and drive it often , have lots of fun with it, that would be the reason to proceed
I kinda disagree about the numbers not lining up straight. They're just tiny wheels with teeth and a number on them . I would say that it's very possible that's the actual mileage . Assuming that's the case, there shouldn't be any wear at all on the rubber brake pedal pad.
