Sorry I’m a rookie in this field. If I remember the timing cover only covers the timing chain (top) and the nub that protrudes of the camshaft (bottom). Rotating the crank would not change anything between the block face and under the timing cover where the fuel pump inserts

Is there an eccentric camber adjustable bolt for a 73’ b body? I’ve only seen advertisement for upper arm bolt kit. Lower arm has a perch that seems to accept an adjustable set up.
