The 15 inch centers are larger than the 14 inch centers. The 14 inch centers can't be made into 15 inch wheels , because there are no bands ( outters ) that will make that happen. So to make wider 15 inch wheels , you have to cut a 15 inch wheel , that's a waste of a good wheel. That was a lot...
