102 as I type.....

Wow....look at 100 degrees with 90% humidity....."Feels like" 170 ??? Really?
That's about enough to cook a chicken.....or a good casserole at the very least.

So you might figure that jumping in the ocean would cool you off. Yesterday, near Key West Fl., the water temperature was 93 at one point. So if you’re in the water, is the feels like temp around 150?

Ya, that's a stretch. We often get that in late July and early August. 90+ with 80-90% humidity is pretty nasty but I have detasseled corn and baled hay in that weather. The old timers called it "close". Man, it is close out there! The A/C in the house may run steady for a week. At least it keeps the humidity below 50% which is fairly comfortable.

The 1st summer we were back here, 2018, it was 117* in Ramona where we lived for 22 years. In Osos, it was less than 70* that day. There are some times when it's been in the 90's here but we just open all the doors and windows. Don't need a/c anymore.

Yeah, you wear a t-shirt and shorts during the day and start looking for a jacket at night. I always liked the weather in Los Osos.
