I found a 63 440 sedan I am looking at buying, its a little rusty in the rockers, floors are suppose to be solid, missing grille and etc. no glass. pass, doors good drivers side needs some work. trunk lids so so.

What would it be valued at, and how many 440 2dr. sedans did they make?

I hope they don't want alot for it. No one is re-poping the grille, headlight rings, and a bunch of other parts. According to Allpar 148,194, but they lump together the 330, 440 and Polara. As with most major projects you could buy one finished cheaper than what you will put into it. Hopefully you can do most of the work yourself and keep the labor cost down. How is the interior, trunk floor, and powertrain?

I have 6 head light rings an d 4 grilles, and can do all the work myself, and they do make new head light rings for the 63 dodge. I do body work for a living and love doing it.

Not sure how good the interior is I have some of it already, just looking for another 63 to go with my other 3 I have 2 4drs and 1 hardtop 440.

Thanks for the reply.

Well then what are you waiting for and who is making new headlight rings? At what point does the collecting of 63's become hoarding? LOL!!! Any pics of your collection?

I have the 1963 Dodge Polara in my stable.
Parts are very difficult to find.
Also be advised, interior upholstery is not available.
All seat material is unavailable as are the door panels.

1963 Plymouth is available from the Manufactures but 1963 Dodge is NOT being produced. Period.
It has to be "Custom-made"

So, just "food for thought"

You're preaching to the choir bee_ski. There were only 7200 Polara 500's made and it has been fun looking for parts.
