As you can tell by my questions I don't know much about Mopars.
If you look at the very front of this 63 Fury you can see the oil pan sump
My question is this is a larger then stock pan as I don't think a stock pan would be that low under the car.

Looks like a bigger sump. How many quarts does it take to fill when you change oil? Stock pan is 5 quarts with a filter.
 
Not mine but I'm considering buying but have to wait for owner to get back in town. Just looking at his pictures and trying to spot things. It is a Max Wedge clone 63 Fury
 
This is a stock early B big block oil pan. Stock max wedge pans didn’t hang down like the one in your picture, either.

Probably moroso or some other aftermarket extra capacity.

Absolutely. Looks like the Milodon I used on my '63 330. 7qt sump. I trimmed mine to pick up 1-1/2" ground clearance, still holds 6qts.

Maybe why the torsion bars are cranked up, the front is higher then the back
Based on the picture I'd say 8" or so clearance
