1964 dodge 2 door conversion

Hi Brandon,

I love your work and for me it´s the best way cheap !

and red faces it´s looks like familar :))))))

Sorry brother for my bad english i meam it´s gread bull **** ( My english ) :)))))))))

Brandon, to quote from the movie, Christine - "poor taste in cars, but the boy does have good hands". Seriously, great job on this project, man!!

Thanks for the kind and inspiring words guys. One of the valves in my compressor broke off and the the new valve is 7 days out, so I took a .010 feeler gauge and trimmed it down to fit in it's place and it works! hopefully it will last until the new part comes in. But I was able to finish the sanding and get a few coats of primer on it. You can't even tell it used to be a 4 door now.

Looks great Brandon !! Great to see people saving as many of these old cars as we can. Keep thread going love watching your progress.

Thanks for all the input guys, and that wagon looks great. I've been working on the door jam area, welding up the holes where the 4 door B pillar was and cleaning things up, I'll post some pics tomorrow. I was looking on google to find a pic of a car that looked like what I want to build and I was unable to find one, I was actually very hard pressed to even find pics of a 2 door sedan in 440 trim. So I decided to draw the car I wan't to build but I ain't no artist lol. But you can get the general idea.

I hoped to have the door jam in primer by tonight, I've got a little more sanding to do and I'll get it in primer tomorrow, it's coming along well.

Here's my 64 , 440 2 door sedan. Look's like you're doing a great job with what you're doing to yours.

rear window

You will need to cut out the rear door jamb to accommodate the rear window track, If you want the 1/4 window to go up and own?
I see that you finished it off nicely but you didn't leave room for the rear track.
May be too late now if you welded in the 1/4 rear section.
If you look at a two door, that area is wide open, you can see the whole inside wheel well.
If you didn't do the drivers side yet you will see what I mean.
