Hello to all, thanks for dropping in on the thread..I am a new member, I understand all the "hesitation" that comes with it but all I can do is stick around long enough to prove I'm a good ol dude, man of my word.
I recently purchased two Mopars and decided to sell my daily driver pickup to assist in building one for my new daily driver. This pickup is a good truck, surviver from Georgia, a one family owned truck till I bought it two years ago. It needs a little repair underneath,. nothing major but the restoration is at least 25 yrs old or so, great paint but to a car guy it's time to get down and fix the body justly. Overall the mechanics are great, I've been driving it for a daily driver, (when I'm not on my H.D.), been wrenching on her and tuning her up and keeping her happy on the road.
Engine is the original 352 V8 with the 3spd manual column shift. New brakes and hardware all around, new front drums, all rear-end has new bearings and seals, including the yoke seal. Fresh plugs/wires, (probably around 5,000 miles on plugs and wires). New set of Michelin tires and baby moons. I get comments daily driving it, usually end up popping the hood to show someone what's driving her.
If one just wants a cool, daily driver that turns heads at every corner, drive it and continue to keep it tuned up and it'll get ya anywhere. I'm only selling for medical reasons, (the manual steering is becoming a challenge with my hands), and I want to build me a Mopar, (with power steering,,). I'm asking $18,000 O.B.O., reasonable offers will be considered, but we all know talk is cheap, I'm not entertaining a public conversation about my bottom dollar.
