1966 B bodies with rear seat belt retractors

Ok, gents

Mine is supposed to be equipped with the retractors on the rear.
So, are they on all 4 rear seat belts, or just 2, if so, which 2 belts

The 2 male ends. The female ends or latches don't require them.

Exactly, as are boots over the front ones. Was what Bill stated, "his car is supposed to have retractors" and he didn't know if it was both belts or just one..

Mine has them on the front as well, but wasn't optioned with boots..

67's came with boots on the front standard, at least on the Satellites and GTX'S, but the retractors were still optional on the rear.

That’s what my 66 is like. But can’t say that someone hasn’t monkeyed with it over the decades.

Yep, fronts are Chrysler tagged 1965 and rears are 66's that someone threw in at some point in time.

Yep, fronts are Chrysler tagged 1965 and rears are 66's that someone threw in at some point in time.

Belts in that era were labeled 66-1 thru 66-4. What are your rears? With a Dec 65 build date 65-4 would be appropriate for the front and 66-1 could be possible for your 66 Satellite. Chrysler used what they had at the time.
