Sam,
Just put in an asking price. We know you got more in the car than any blue book may say. Its a one-of-a-kind car so I am sure there are many of us who would not want to insult your intelligence by suggesting its worth less than you want. So, rather than play the ebay game trying to get more than its worth to us, just tell us what you want (to be happy) and the right buyer will comply.
For instance: I would love a wagon to cruise but what you have is not a perfect match for me. (hate flames, its me). I would consider getting it from you and then re-paint to my liking, but not if your reasonable is $10k. I would factor in the repaint cost and some other pet-peeves of mine into my offer plus transport to the south. So, a $4k offer to ME is reasonble (due to all the work to make it acceptable to me), to you its an insult. So, of course, I just look at your ad and occasionally see if i can bump it. Other than that, your best bet is to post what you want, i'll swing it by some of my wagon-lovin friends down here in mopar-crazy land and maybe you can move it.
Without a price point, its just another cool car. (And I admit, its pretty cool).
Randy
PS: Yeah, a 440 6-pack setup ain't cheap, but putting in a car people don't want doesn't increase its value. You may get more overall pulling the motor (sell it for a song), drop a cheap 383 or 318 back in and get it sold. If health is an issue, then your options are limited.
