Hey all,

for what it's worth, I used Visio and re-crafted the 1966 Charger wiring diagrams by tracing and redrawing the map... but with color and gauge-by-line-thickness lines. After rebuilding all 3 of my Charger wire harnesses, my backup lights would not work. Troubleshooting, I found a missing trace in the originals.

In the original diagrams from the service manual, the manual transmission bypass was noted in the body diagram, but the automatic bypass was/is missing from the engine compartment diagram so I added it in. Plus, I blended both the original instrument A and B diagrams together into a single diagram that I find easier to follow. Please note, I did not number this added trace though, if I had, it would most likely have been B1F since A through E are applied elsewhere.

Hope this makes sense and helps someone.

Sorry... that should have been B2F, not B1F.

Funny my FSM shows the wiring. People have a hard time following the FSM. The problem is understanding whats going on between the automatic and manual transmissions. The auto the switch is on the shift linkage in the car and the manual is on the transmission.
