1966 Coronet Tie Rods, OEM or something else?

I dunno...The K frame looks just like the one in my '66 Belvedere II...and I'm pretty sure they are the same. Mine is original to the car. I know this because my uncle bought the car new.
My 1966 Coronet's k-frame takes the idler arm on the right in Mark's post below. I've had several members tell me that's wrong for 1966, but correct for 1968 and 1969. Also, I posted pics from my 1966 Factory Shop Manual below, which show the earlier style idler on left and in center of Mark's post. Are you sure your original K-frame for 1966 takes the idler arm on the right?
I'm too lazy to wait for three separate 100+meg part catalog PDFs to open, so went to O'Reillys to lift pics. I've also learned to never say never, so...
But I believe this is how they were.

My 1966 Coronet's idler arm mount. Completely different from FSM pics below. @RemCharger @MarkLevi and others are right about my K-frame being replaced. My car came from Georgia where older cars can be sold on Bill of Sale without title. Georgia DMV has no record of my car ever having a Georgia title. Maybe a slant 6 k-frame was in it and the car was VIN swapped. VIN engine code is D for 318 Poly. 1968 K-frame could have been added to match the swapped VIN. Who knows?

I missed the idler arm mount in the photos. You are correct.

First is to download a Factory (Bible) Service manual for your car.
Use this as a reference, it will have descriptions, pictures, diagrams and specs.
This link gets you to free downloads for many Mopar things. Use it.
The cheapest time to replace parts is when the car is apart. Instead of guessing what you might have as far as proper or matching parts ?
Replace everything now with Known, new parts. They also will carry a warranty and parts never get less expensive just lower in quality.
We have site sponsors for many parts for your car.
Support them as they are supporting our website.

Hi Leo,
I used FSM downloaded from www.mymopar.com to post pics in post 21 above.
FBBO member told me that I have a later K-frame in my 1966 Coronet, which has complicated matters and delayed the parts purchasing process, while I and other members did research to figure out that my k-frame is 1968-early 1969.
I intend to use BAC Home - Bergman Auto Craft - Home of Quality Muscle Car Parts to buy new large sector power steering gear and perhaps all steering linkage. Otherwise, I do intend to use another FBBO sponsor.
If you recommend an FBBO sponsor for steering parts, I am glad to hear about it your experience with that sponsor! Ben
