I hate to see those old cars destroyed. The first demolition derby I ever saw was in 1964 and there was a 1940 Ford coupe in it! Too many decent old cars ruined that way.

You misunderstand . He's not wanting to derby it . He's wanting to sell it so he can get something more competitative .

Also my statement " Gotta love derby people " That means this . They will litterly crawl through thickets if they spot something to get a better look at it . They will find almost anything . Also , they're not really into 2 door style cars , unless it's a post car . Why you might ask ? Because a car like that, a hardtop will cave the entire side inside and end they're night fast. So they sell them. Usually .

Thanks for the clarification. I reread it and noticed he mentioned making it a daily driver. Hope it goes that route.
