1967 Dart has a 440ci in it rite now and has run 10.90 with 26x8.5 hosier quick time tires and 4.30 gears.

Earlier this summer the car went to the chassis shop to have the springs moved inboard and frame connectors and I installed an alum. rad and elec. fan

Its in the shop now getting the 514ci turbo stroker motor and floor shifter 88mm turbo and blow thru setup and the front part of the cage installed I will post pix as the work gets done

Here are some pix of BLACK BETTY the car before the mini tub and after

Thanks Mike

Sorry Mike but I think I'd be taking the wives car haha, that's a nice Polara.

Ohh, Black Betty is fine Mike!!!! But being a B-body guy most of my driving life your wife has one sweet Polara to!!! :) don't get the wrong idea, i think without even wishing the Dart will turn out as good as can be, please keep us updated!!!

Very nice Dart, but I really like the Polara. 66 Polara was my first car as a young lad.

Thanks for the pics!
Great stuff...great cars shared by both your Wife... and you!

Got any use for those fender well headers? Wonder if I can make those work for my roadrunner

Got the intake today should have the pushrods and the Co2 bottle for the wastegate on Thursday and the parachute and MSD Crank trigger and some other small parts by the end of next week.

And I started unbolting the 440 in the car tonite should have it out by the weekend .

Here's some pix of the intake sitting on the motor let me know what you think so far.

Nice cars I had (but never finished) a 67 dart GT BB originally a 273 HP. Sold the car around 2002 cause I needed the money. I really wish I didn't let that go. Now I'm doing all over again with a 66 Satellite, but i kills me to know that I had all this stuff already and sold it off for cheap. 450 Hp BB (we were using engine plates back in the day cause K-frames and BB motor mounts were not readily available) built Trans, built 8 3/4 w/4.10's, Mini tubed, SS springs, glass fenders, hood and headlight buckets, all body and paint work done in B5 blue. just needed exhaust and some electrical stuff done. Sold it for $2500 cash and never saw the car again. really wish I would have taken down the guys name and number. Car was sold in South Bound Brook, NJ if anyone has seen it.......

Really nice. That's a smoking hot motor.

I have done a little work not a lot got the motor out and put a dummy block in with the mid plate and trying to figure out where the intake charge pipe will be so far it will be towards the cowl .

I should have the new hood tomorrow it's a US Body source 5.5'' cowl hood

And I'm not going to use the 88mm turbo I picked up a PT-106mm on YB

And I found the sheet metal pieces that where cut out of the fender well's where the headers usto exit they will be welded back in and going to weld up all the small holes.

Mike that is a fine looking car, I would pay to set in your shop and listen to it rumble, can it do it without breaking windows? im sure it can and im even more sure it will do some damage to the tires on her!!! Keep it up man, your heading for some real fun!
