71 Charger Superbee Tribute/Restomod Build

Its been a minute since I updated this so here goes; I was able to build my battery box, attach all of the things I needed/wanted, then wire up the back of the car in addition to building an AMP/Sub Woofer mounting plate and get all of that wired. Here are some pictures

So now I am on to the front wiring which includes some of the starting system, the headlights, parking lights, side markers, fans, etc. I am using that relay panel I made which will take care of the fans and headlights.

Anyone out there running a terminator X max system? I am trying to figure out what MAT they want me to use. I have tried a GM one and a Mopar one, neither fit.

So what is the "correct one"? I am thinking hard about converting it to the GM one because they are cheap and plentiful plus I have a pigtail.
It's a metripack 150.2 plug. Not a 120 or a 150.1. I bought both of those first (thanks Holley....). I bought the plug and the pins from Custom Connector Kits for about $3. May want to do a visual confirmation on the style though first.

This was the plug & pigtail 5149279AC i think the sensor was for a 22 dodge ram no part no on it put that p/n on ebay it comes up with sensor & plug for about $18

Where did you mount it? I think this is going to be an issue because I am running the Holley single plane intake and I will be using a Mopar Air Grabber air cleaner so I don't know where I would put this thing.

The leads on the thermistor are quite long & not epoxied in you may be able to cut it & epoxy it into a threaded brass bung the resistance is 8.78 K ohms at 30 c

Thanks for that but I am not really understanding what you are saying. Are you suggesting that I put this MAT into the intake or the air cleaner? My understanding is that for it to function as a MAT it needs to be inside one of the intake runners, however if it is to function as a IAT it can go into the air cleaner however I am not sure how the ECU will react or if I can change it in the software.

I emailed Holley so we will see what they say. Now there is a bung in the rear of the intake below the throttle body that I guess I could try and design something to accept the MAT although that seems like a vacuum leak in the making.

So I heard back from Holley and they told me that I needed temp sensor 56028364 which I have. I went and took a hard look at the connection and something is just not right here, there is NO way that this will connect with either temp sensor I have (the one I mentioned and the one you guys told me that you are using 5149279).
