I really want that intake, I read a dyno test comparing intakes and they really perform plus I just love the looks of them. Looking awesome!

Thanks Devin, the Victors are readily found on the for sale forum and on ebay for around 20-30% discount used.

IQ52 has tons of dyno data supporting the dual plane (performer RPM) out performs the single plane Victor at lower 2500-4500 rpm, after that the single plane takes over on the top end.

They really do look bad ***.

Nice weather has a way of getting you motivated! Nice intake. Did you ever get it to the dragstrip? Would be a good way to compare intakes.

I have not made it to the drag strip, I am heading in that direction.

MT Tires and Caltracs.JPG

Caltracs.jpg

I have both on mine! Let me know how they work. From what everyone says, Cal Tracs need a loose front end with 5" of travel.

I met a great spring guy (Jim) at a local shop, I told him my springs had sagged over a short time and I did not want to go to air shocks. I was getting some new MT ET street tires and I did not want to have my tires rubbed up by my fenders. I asked for 2" of lift and what Jim the spring guy did was order a full length add a leaf and bend it to my leafs (2nd leaf in pack). The leaf pics were taken during a test install before he permanently banded them. I really like the lift and it should settle a half inch or so. Just right IMO and I can easily go 275 tires next go around. I also added some cal tracs.

I am doing a bunch of other work to the car so these are the only pics I have right now (haven't taken the car out for a test).

I also painted my dash, rebuilt my dash-pad, and am adding a new Bendix dual diaphragm brake booster and master cylinder.

Nice, looks like you got them tucked in tight to the springs.
