Yes, the leather seats will be dyed a caramel color and the door panels to match, with the wood grain inserts and a lighter buckskin carpet. Are you going to dye your interior?
Wow, that does look orange!Yeah I love that Turbine Bronze one. Here is the article. If the light hits it right it almost looks orange. It is one beautiful car!

I saw this car in Charlotte I think at the speedway. Was for sale. One bad a$$ ride!i prefer a nice black. really shows off metal and body work. nice blue as well.View attachment 494597
Damn, i never realized that the 66's don't have the fake gills stamped into qtr. panels. I Like that. I don't care for form without function. Something i did not like about the Mangusta...the fake gills. At the beginning of production, the gills were open & functional air intakes, but the drainage system was complex. deTomaso was cranking out prototypes on a shoestring & the Real intakes were dropped about halway through run.they all look great........... it really comes down to the quality of the job....... With those colors I would look at something in a maroon/red or dark green, would add a lot of richness and a look of elegance ...dark blue would would be one of a kind and look full on custom, as if the Audi interior didn't do it!The caramel /buckskin with the dark gray dash for now but I am also toying with re spraying the dash a different color.
My wife wants dark blue as well...plus the glass is factory tinted and i'm going to limo black it too...With those colors I would look at something in a maroon/red or dark green, would add a lot of richness and a look of elegance ...dark blue would would be one of a kind and look full on custom, as if the Audi interior didn't do it!

Agreed, but an early E-Type w/ small bumpers, taillights & flush lensed headlights. One of my all time favorite cars and color combos is tha 70s Jaguar XKE in green with tan top and interior. Just one great looking car. A 67 R/T in dark green with buck skin interior would be just as sexy!

The car is all mocked up. Waiting on electric wrack, Engine is running just went through brake in. Changed direction a little.Haven't seen you post anything on yours in a while.?.?.?
Let me know what color combo you are thinking and I can photoshop one to give you an idea of what it would look like. Kind of excited, this could be neat!My aim is to NOT have just another 67 'Net in humdrum red, black or whatever monochrome look. I want to snap necks. Create drool....
