Well awhile back I started restoring my 1967 GTX that has been sitting for quite a long time. As the progress is moving forward (seems like a snail pace) I'm starting to gather, clean, and paint all those parts (car was totally torn down to the bone) that have been stored in boxes. I have 2 different dual snorkle air cleaners, both have the 13 indents and are identical in overall dimensions. The difference is the heigth, one is almost an inch higher. Does anybody out there have an answer? does anybody have a original built 67 with a 440? I know there have been quite a few different opinions, even on the air cleaner garage site. I found an original car on E-Bay ( that's what they claim) but it seems they were not interested in answering me. I'm hoping someone out there is a little more helpful.
