1969 Plymouth GTX rectangle fender top turn signals

Hi I have a 1969 GTX with the rectangle fender top signals , not the bullet style, Does anyone have the correct measurements for the position of these holes ? The original fenders have been replaced and the new fenders don't have holes so I have to replace the signal lights, Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
