I had 2 12" Spals, in 2 different custom made shrouds. 2 12" other brand that pulled even more air in a vacuum molded shroud. Nothing worked. At slow cruise, it would cool just fine so I knew my radiator was capable. At interstate speeds, the e-fan shrouds caused a high pressure zone in front of the radiator, even w holes, flaps etc in shroud. It would not allow enough air through. The factory shroud opening is about 21" diameter. You need At least that much open area to allow enough air through at interstate speeds so it doesn't creat that high pressure zone in frontElectric fans do you have a shroud. I believe they’re either oh 11 inch inch about the whole package from Griffin radiators
The vanes on a Flowkooler pump are straight, non directional. The info I am giving him is from my 496" stroker using the same serpentine setup and w/p the OP has. I live where it's 125° in the summer.Is it possible that the pump is not reverse rotation and the flow is backwards in the motor?
