I like the road runner hood on a wagon better myself. great project.

I just read through this thread and definitely go with the road runner hood. It just seems to fit the lines better. The 6 pack hood looks too tall and boxy on a wagon in my opinion. Great work on the rear foot well repair. I so want a wagon now

Got some parts yesterday! Started building out the front brake assembly.

Quick update got the front suspension rebuilt and now is going back together

Classic Auto Air came in!

Also was going to run FAST EZ EFI but changed my mind, I'm now going to run FItech EFI 600hp with power adder, ;) more to come on this...

I was born in 1966.....when I was 3, my dad bought a brand new 1969 Plymouth Sport Satellite 9 passenger wagon! 318 automatic.
My introduction to Mopars!

Sooooo many great fond memories of that car! Love the rear facing back seat! The tailgate had the first electric window I'd ever seen and opened out like a door or down like a truck!

Sitting in the far back, when we acted up, it was too far back for our mom to smack us...lol!

To this day I still have the keys and one hubcap hanging on my garage wall!

I now have a 1968 Barracuda Notch-Back but would LOVE LOVE LOVE a wagon like that again!

Can't wait to see how your build comes out!

Weather was awesome here in South Dakota in the 60s dragged the wagon out of the garage and decided to wash the interior of the car (dirt, seeds, and mouse dropping).
Started on the Classic Auto Air system, got the blower assembly installed block off plates, A/C controls work on it more tonight, also open the box on the wiring harness (Painless) and hope to start on it this week. Should go quick as I had to install one on the convertible last year.

That will be the next one I want to do, is 1970 Satellite Wagon or Coronet, would love to find a factory 383 4bbl too.

Sorry Guys Im here. work on the wagon has slowed because i'm waiting on the engine, meanwhile I picked up some dusters in Wyo. and a truck locally for a quick flip. so I have been working on those while I wait.. heres a couple pics.

Cool project, love the wagons! When I was in high school there was a pristine 70 belvedere wagon in the junk yard and a rusty 68 wagon too. I bought the front bumper from it, but I really wanted to combine the two cars. Someone beat me to it, the 70 and the glass from the 68 were gone not too long after! I also have a soft spot for more door muscle cars, wagons or otherwise!
