I'm getting ready to swap my 2 barrel intake and carb for a 4 barrel aluminum Air gap intake. Any gaskets better than the others?

What intake is going on it? If it's a 318 port size the std steel type stock is fine. If it's the 340/360 port size use the 340 type gasket. Personally I like the Mr Gasket Ultraseals. But any stock type will do just fine as long as you use the one that matches the intake.

Thanks. On chevys, we always threw away the front and rear seals and used red rtv instead. Do you do the same for mopars?

I use them if I'm dealing with a stock original engine and they fit. I'll ditch them if there's been milling done or the end seals won't fit.
