1970 black GTX

My 70 Roached Runner is an original black car with white interior. All long gone before I drug it out of a field. I know not the car everyone is looking for though. Mine is from Arkansas at one time.

In 1972 if you opted for the 440, GTX emblems were on the car. More than a few made. It was the last year for the 4 speed with the 440 and required Dana rear.
Same with 73 and 74. I stand corrected on production numbers for 72. There was more than 1 but very few 4 speed manuals. But in no case was there ever a 1970 Roadrunner GTX 440.

219 is quite a few. I know a guy who’s Dad has one. And the total production is more than I thought. More than the ‘70 V code Charger.

According to Classic Industries, there were more charger V codes built (~ 1400), with 347 being a 4 speed manual. As far as the GTX, probably not many left out of those 219.
