Could anyone tell me what the color of each wire coming out of the steering column is? There are 19 wires all different colors. First of all 2 small red wires connected together. A purple, gray and green connected together. A large red, gray, blue, black and a small yellow all together. Then a white, dark brown, dark green, red, pink, light brown, light green, and black all together. When I say connected together I mean in a flat group. That is 4 flat groups. I need to know what each wire controls. The wires are good all the way down the column to the connecter but have been cut on the other connecter. I am going to order a new wiring harness but I need to know what goes to what. Thanks James

I'd be flabbergasted if anyone knew off the top of their head where 19 different wires go. Perhaps someone can supply the wiring diagram. Nevertheless, I'd suggest you get a FSM.

Guys I am having trouble reading the wiring diagram.( I am bad at reading wiring diagrams). I found out there the wires on the Hazard switch go, but could someone tell me where the wires on the ignition switch go? There is a red, gray, blue, black, and a small yellow wire. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks James

Unless someone has chopped up the existing loom, the new one should be just 'plug-n-play' :hello2:

Make sure that none of the wires are burnt at the main connector - the one with an arrow point at one end - that's your main source of power to the indicator switch under the steering wheel. It also feeds your ignition, and can be the first point of failure to check when your engine won't start. :icon_thumright:

Put some pictures up of what you're doing ...it may help get more answers for your problems.

Being that this post is 6 years old, I guess this has been solved. If not I can assist.
