Sorry if this is the wrong area, admins please move if needed.

I have a 1970 Road runner that was originally FJ5 in color 383/4spd. Someone over the years painted it red, the motor and trans is missing. Its a roller car, VERY little rust and nothing serious. It was a air grabber car but the current hood is off a 70 GTX (power bulge) The car is disassembled right now, I have quite a bit of extra parts (4 grilles, gauge clusters etc.) I also have a 70 satellite to go with it as a parts car. What do you in the know think its worth ball park? Here in Canada solid rust free cars are very hard to come by (lots of salt in the winter) I am more interested in trucks and find myself always repowering something with a cummins and ignoring this car.

Hard to say bro... Sounds like there is a lot missing that would be attractive to a potential buyer. If you have the fender tag and the car was an original 4 spd/air grabber/sublime car that would be reasonably desireable but with everything scattered to the winds that hurts. The economy and resultant market is not your friend either.

Maybe 6-7k tops for everything as is including the extra parts. May make more sense to part everything out if you have the time to do it then focus on selling the car alone for what it is. May yield more $$$.

That is just my opinion.

Thanks for the reply, that's right in the ball park of what I was thinking. The economy is very strong here so that may help if I go to sell. Thanks again.
