1970 Road Runner restoration

Nothing big after blasting we didn't expect by next week hoping to have some or most of the new sheet metal installed. I don't like to mess around :laughing7:

first new panel installed had to fab up new frame rail ends. Tucker did a great Job on them.

I wish I had more customers like you; ascertain the true status of the metal, cut it out, and send me what's left. Its cheaper for you this way. Many times I think WTH as I'm uncovering massive problems on the car whereas I know the metal is junk and will be replaced. But, often, this is the way to truly gauge the true condition of the car, its always a toss-up and compromise.

More pictures. We had an oh sh&t moment at the shop. the trunk extensions fit great the problem was we ordered the Dodge ones instead of the Plymouth ones. but no huge deal we caught it in the fitment phase.

getting the floors in. on a side note I have been searching the history of the car. in the late 80's the car was in Beech Grove IN before it was sold to a car dealer somewhere in between it was shipped out to CA. Hoping to track down the build sheet. Anyone from that area remember an orange air grabber from the late 80s early 90's?
