I think a 215 or 225 70 will be fine on the front on a 7" wheel with 4" or 4 1/4 backspace.
The 295s on the back is a different matter. That tire has more than 11 1/2" section width so it needs a ten inch wheel, at least. And that means your backspace/offset will have to be DEAD NUTS to get that tire on. Remember that a 15x10 wheel, is 11" wide (the ten inch spec is inside bead to bead, add a half inch to each side for bead thickness. )
Most here have found that 4 1/2 bs works good on an 8 or 8 1/2 wheel, so to keep same proportions, you would need about 5 1/2 backspace. Then too, you have rear discs, which usually moves the wheel closer to the fender a small amount, so you would need MORE bs.
So, you will have to have the two piece tt2. The one piece 15x10s have 3 3/4 bs, they will never fit without a narrowed rearend and moved springs, unless you want to jack up the rearend about three inches, and want about two inches of tire outside the fender.
You might find a two piece with more than five inches of backspace. If it were me, and i was trying to do this, i would get as much backspace as i could, short of a custom (customs run from $500 to $700, each) and hope i could fine-tune the tire location with spacers.
Frankly, I would settle for a 275/60 on an 8 or 8 1/2. That would fit easily.
